This year Chris asked me to help the office with decorating a tree for the Festival of Trees. At the time, I told myself I was never going to do something like that again. It was a lot of work! After seeing the finished product, I think I could get into doing it again next year. It really made me get into the Christmas Spirit early.
The night before the festival started we took the kids to see all the people getting there trees set up. That was a lot of fun. Somehow, someone got a picture of Dantzel by our tree. We didn't realize it until the other night when Brandon and I were looking at the Newspaper. I saw Dantzel by our tree in a picture in the paper. Brandon didn't believe me until he saw the photo. Dantzel thinks it is pretty cool!
I would have set up my Christmas tree early (mid November) but, I was afraid Brandon would have made fun of me and so I waited until after Thanksgiving. It has been fun watching Dantzel and James with all the lights and decorations. I will have to post pictures of our house and tree later. These are just a few pictures of the tree we did for the Festival. I had to add the picture of the Mesquite Group Team just for the fun of it.

Great job on the new look. That was fun hanging out on the phone the other day. :) I love the other things you have added to your blog as well. I laughed when I saw Dinky listed under "our kids" He sure looks pampered in that picture. What a cute dog. That tree looked like it turned out really well. It was probably really rewarding to do. Great Job all around with blog and tree. :)
