Dantzel started Preschool today

I am so happy for Dantzel. She has been so excited for preschool ever since she could talk. It was fun taking her to her class. She will only go on Wednesdays because it is only the 3 year old class. I still can't believe she is 3. They grow way too fast!!!

Her teacher is Miss Christy. She has a class room in her basement. Dantzel can't wait until next week. Hopefully she will do okay with it only being once a week. I am a little nervous. I think she could handle everyday. I have to keep reminding myself that she is only 3.

Football Season

Fantasy Football has begun at our house. Brandon is in 2 leagues this year. Can you believe he has me sign up for one of them. I think I pick an awesome team. I am kinda excited. My only goal is to beat Brandon. I hope I enjoy football as much as I have in the past. I am so competitive and so I hope this doesn't just make me dislike football. :) I will keep everyone posted on how my team is doing, that is if I am kicking butt! Wish me luck!!! :)

Busy weekend with lots of FUN and FAMILY

We started off the weekend with dinner and and show at Tuacahn featuring...

Brandon and I really enjoyed the dinner (dutch oven style) Yummy!!! Of course we were looking forward to the show more then the food. Brandon had never seen the movie and so he was a little nervous as to what to expect. I kept asking him during the show if he liked it and he had a smile almost the whole show so that was a good answer for me. I LOVED to watch Brandon's face whenever Gretl (the little girl) came on stage. I could see his face light up almost like he was watching his little Dantzel on stage. We are so blessed that we were able to go with such good friends. I am bad and didn't take any pictures while we were there. Maybe next time. :)

We then headed to Cedar City and stayed at Dallas and Tim's house. We got up really early to head up the mountain for the Hills Family reunion. The place was beautiful!!! I took lots of pictures so hopefully you can feel like you were a part of us for the time being.
As you can see we had lots of fun activities planed. Some of them included:
Ladder ball, Ping Pong, Pool, playing cards and board games, family talent show, resting, eating, visiting with loved ones, more eating, four wheeler rides, hiking, more eating, sleeping, watching Olympics, photo shoots, shooting (guns), putting puzzles together, reading, fishing (Dantzel, Tim and Brandon) more eating and almost anything else you could think of. Hopefully I didn't leave anything out. I think we all had a GREAT time.

Dallas and I were suppose to meet the fishermen at the Johnson's house. Dallas, Emery, James and I got there about 2 hours before them. We had a great time camping out in there front yard. It's a good thing they have such good weather right now. Sorry I didn't get any pictures of that because the fishermen had my camera. We had a lot of fun eating and feeding crackers to our kids, drinking Grape juice from the gallon jug (thanks for sending that with Dallas mom). It was fun and funny at the same time. When the fishermen returned of course it was my fault for locking there door when we headed for the mountain on Saturday morning. A special THANKS to everyone who helped make so fun memories that will last a lifetime.

When I saw these video's I couldn't help but LAUGH. I thought I would share them both with you. Our little girl LOVES to fish but she is still very PRISSY! :)

Weekend with the other Parks

We had such a fun weekend. Matt & Laurel decided to come for a visit. I think this is the first time they have been to Nevada since baby Jaxon was born. We all had a lot of fun. The opening ceremony's were on the night they got here. We had a good time watching the Olympics on Saturday afternoon. First we had to go to the lake. We got up really early and were home by noon. It was not fun getting up so early but it was worth it once we had all afternoon to relax and enjoy each others company. Here are just a few pictures Laurel and I took.

We had a lot of fun watching Jaxon while Matt & Laurel went to get us dinner. Dantzel even found Matt's sunglasses. We just had to get a picture of that.
Thanks for all the Memories you guys!!!

Swimming Lessons

Dantzel finally made it through a full session of swimming lessons. It only took signing her up twice. She had a hard time with going to a BOY teacher. Very strange for our little girl.
She even jumped off the diving board, went down the big blue slide all by herself and learned how to jump in off the side and swim a enough to stay above water. We are so proud of her. It was so cute to watch Brandon as he took her to class the first week. He was such a proud dad. I think he called me every day while she was in her lesson just so he could tell me all the new things she was doing in the water. I love that he likes to be very involved in raising both our children. :)
This video is proof that she really jumped! She had to have a little help from the "girl" teacher.

This is proof of her swimming (well keeping her head above water)

Sorry for putting 2 videos on but I had to show proof for my older sister. Now for the pictures. It was a lot of fun to take these picture just because usually I am in the water with her.

Playin' at the park & Johnson's house

I should have posted this before the arrival of baby Whit but...posting of the baby was more fun.

This park was awesome!!! It's called the discovery park that is in Cedar City. The kids had a lot of fun. I think the best part was putting all 6 of them on the tire swing. I took some pictures but, they didn't turn out good and so you just get some of the older kids. I think they all had a blast! :)

I wanted to post a few pictures of James and Emery. They did pretty good this trip. Usually James overwhelms Emery. She is not used to having a boy 4 days younger than her around. She usually ends up in tears. This shows that they can have fun together in the crib. I love James smile through his Binky.
This is another fav. This is what they look like when you take there blankets away.
