ZIPPERS- You ever wonder what life would be like without these on our clothes (pants). Gotta love em'
ZOO- So fun to see all the different animals at the zoo. Some of our favorites and the ZEBRA'S. :)
ZACHARY- Uncle Zachie is so fun to play with. He is also a fantastic brother!
ZIP-LOCK BAGGIES- My kitchen would not be the same if we didn't have these for a fast leftover containers. We used these baggies for all sorts of things at our house.
YELLOW-This color makes me feel so bright and happy. It also reminds me of my little sister. Her nickname was "Sunshine" growing up.
YO-YO-Such fun entertainment. As kids we loved to play with these things. I think my brother always came up with the best tricks.
YAMAHA- Piano's and motorcycles need I say more?
YAHOO- To bad you can't hear me sing this through the computer. Maybe this is a good thing. HA HA HA
YOGURT- This is a treat at our house. My kids and I love it!
YARDS-Thank goodness for yards. Maybe one day our backyard will be put in. I dream of that day all the time.
This letter has stumped me this morning! I guess I can always cheat and use it like this.
"X-TRA" BUSY WEEK- Yes indeed this week has been one that has almost made me think how in the heck do other Mom's do it with more than 3 (my kids) + 3 (babysitting) kids?!? With all the company (which we enjoy), potty training a new cute puppy, helping with super Saturday crafts, having our carpool for preschool just be me taking and picking up, trying to get a minute to go grocery shopping (by myself), planning a (GOOD) RS lesson, having to care for a sick baby and just trying to be a good mom. I am X-SAUSTED!!!
A few reasons I am grateful for a busy week like the one I have had is because:
1. I know I am healthy cause I am getting through this week and our lives are still fantastic.
2. I am learning that sometimes it is OKAY to say NO! Still haven't done this yet but, thought about it many times this week.
3. Brandon is getting a little busier with work (this is why I feel like tired cause I have had to do more for the kids at night than usual. I miss and like all Brandon's help he gives me.
4. LIFE IS GOOD!
XTREMELY HAPPY KIDS- Yes, they love having a little puppy to carry around. The poor dog, sometimes I have to take a turn just to give the puppy a break.
XTREMELY LAZY DOG- This is what the neighbor kids said I did to my dog. Yes, I did. We finally neutered Dinky. He is now a "LAZY" dog. I'm loving it!
WAGON RIDES- I wish I was a little kid again and someone would pull me around.
WAKE BOARDS- Its been a long time since I have been out on the lake, let alone getting up on the wake board. I usually end up being the driver of the boat. Either way I love to wake board or watch from the drivers seat!
WATERMELON- I just went to the Bundy Melon Farm last week and these melons are AMAZING! I really love the taste, smell and the color of watermelon.
WATCHES- I am in the process of making me a new watch. I am a time geek. I actually stopped wearing a watch to try and break my bad habit. I think I have done a pretty good job at not caring so much about time all the time. lol We will have to see if I start wearing a watch again if I go back to my bad habit. I'm really hoping not. :)
WATER- Not only do I love to drink the stuff but playing in it is a lot of fun to.
WHEELS- Having wheels is a blessing. I don't think people appreciate having the access of wheels and being able to get places so fast these days.
WET WIPES- I use these thing on a daily basis. Actually babysitting kids it more like an hourly chore here. We won't go into details at this time.
VANILLA-This stuff not only smells good but, taste good in food too.
VACATIONS-I love going on vacation. I don't know who doesn't. :)
VEGETABLES-I think my favorite vegetable is potato. I could eat these things everyday I think.
VIOLA'S-I love listening to my little sister play her Viola. She is getting pretty good. Keep it up Er Bear.
UNCLES-My kids have some pretty fun uncles if I say so. Uncle Matt is always so funny, he makes me laugh, Shawn likes to visit us and he is so fun to play with, Stephen has a cool dog. Zach always says gooshie gooshie goo while pinching my cheeks. Chris has a fun yard to play in and lots of animals I like flower aka Thumper the best!, Tim is so so strong and smart! It's kinda funny what little Dantzel has to say about her uncles. My kids love all their uncles. :)
UTENSILS-These things make eating fun.
UMBRELLA'S-I always wanted to take a family picture with us holding Umbrellas. I think they are a fun prop. Too bad we don't really own them here in the desert.
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH-I know Brandon is going to be mad that this is not at the top of the list. I am really grateful for this school. Watching football is always a bonus. Speaking of football. Brandon is taking me to a Utes game for my birthday this year. Should be a blast!!!
UNO-This game is so fun. I have a lot of good memories playing this.
It has been 8 great years today. I can't believe how time has flown by. This is what we got for our anniversary gift.
TOYS-I know my life would be different without these things. They entertain kids like no other. LOVE EM!
THICK HAIR-My hair used to be really thick. Compared to most people I think it is still considered thick. I hope my kids inherit my hair genes. LOL
THE OFFICE-This show is so funny! I didn't really like it that much until we bought the seasons on DVD. Watching from the very beginning is better than trying to catch on in the middle of the show. Watching it with Brandon is a lot funnier than by myself too. Something about his laugh I guess.
TRUCKS-I am a truck girl. My dream vehicle has and probably always will be a truck. Something about it makes me feel good. My SUV works for now. One day I will own a really nice souped up truck!
TRAVELING-I love to travel. Having kids so young makes this hard but, it doesn't stop us from doing it.
SUNGLASSES-Yes, Brandon always makes fun of me. I have to have my sunglasses when outside. I think it goes back to all the life guarding days. Protection on the eyes is very important!
SWIMMING-In our family, we ♥ to swim. Our favorite is the lake but, this summer/year we didn't get out much. Hopefully next year will be different!
SUNSHINE-This is actually my little sisters (Dallas) nickname. I love the sun! I guess that is why I live in the desert. Sunshine makes me happy!
SWINGS-Back and forth...you would think this would make us sick but, my kids me and husband love to swing. If it can rock swing or move you can guarantee we are moving right along with it.
SISTERS-I was blessed with the best sisters ever. I have 4. Jodi is the oldest and she is so fun to go visit. She always has something going on at her house. Dallas is just younger than me and she is on of the most creative gals I know. I wish I lived closer to her so I could play all day long doing crafts with her. Leslie is next and she finally lives by me. I don't see her much though cause she is so busy with all her activities. She is my animal loving sister. Erin is the baby and she is so fun to hang out with. Everyone Love's Er bear. She is a great babysitter. My kids adore her. Thanks for being the best sisters one could ever want. Love and miss you all.
