{A}

APPLES-They are so yummy! I really like the crunch in them. I also really enjoy a dried apple. Add a few nuts and you have yourself a great snack!

(this is from a previous post, just thought it fit with my apple comment)

ANIMALS-I really love them. We have a dog and it is a lot of fun. My kids play with him more then I realize. One of the hardest things for me is to say no to someone when they are trying to get rid of an animal. I'm always glad when I say no cause what it comes down to is...I HATE bringing on another project. Let face it, keeping up with a pet is almost as hard as adding another member of the family. :)

AFTERNOON NAPS-Yes, they start right at about 12:15-12:30 pm at our house. Sundays are an exception. For the most part the kids will sleep for about 2 hours. I love it when the house is quiet. I also love knowing that they are still home with me. Dantzel doesn't always take a nap so it is our time together.

ACCESSORIES-I will soon be able to wear my bracelets, watch and such. See, when you have a little baby around it is hard to keep it outta everything. I hate it when my jewelry scratches my kids.

ATTITUDE-I know from experience, my attitude sets the tone for the rest of the family. If I'm having a bad day...it seems like my kids and husband are having a even worse day. The kids will fight like crazy and so on. Now, if I'm in a good mood then you just watch us all be happy and having a great day!

{something new}

I'm going to try something new. I really want to keep up on my blog and, well lately it has been a little hard for me. With Dantzel just starting up preschool again, I am going to use the alphabet in my life to try and keep up with her. I am going to use a different letter each day and say a little about what I am thankful for or just thinking about that day with that letter. Hope this makes since. We will see how it goes.

Annabella fun

We took another mini vacation to Annabella. We always have so much fun with cousins. I always enjoy learning new things from Jodi and Chris.
They just added a new member to their family. Thumper the PONY! My kids had a blast riding him bare back. The cart was a hit as well. THANKS for a AWESOME time Nielson family.

I love love love the end of this video. Makes me laugh out loud!

Chris had the pony all ready for a cart ride when we arrived! :)
Dantzel being brave!

Isn't it pretty there!
Riding double
Popcorn popping on the trampoline!
Dantzel loves cabbage! Heston was trying to be like her. so cute!

Personality photo

just an updated picture of my cute kids. This was taken this morning. I wish I would have gotten them ready before I started taking pictures. Oh well! :)

fun projects

The other day I sat down at my sewing machine and made these cute crayon holders. I have been wanting to make them for a long time. I think it turned out pretty cute. They are for our church bag. Makes it fun to color at church when you have a cute holder right?!?

Camping and more camping

We spent the first week and a half in August camping. It was a lot of fun and work. We made some great memories. Lets just say we were happy to be home. I think we loaded and unloaded the expedition about 55 times. This is no joke! I think we are finally back into our routine.

Our first trip was with the Hills family. All my siblings get together every year on the mountain. It is amazing how much the kids grow up in just 1 year.

We then headed for SLC. We got to Grandma parks house in time for yummy tacos and a nice shower. We were so dirty from camping with my family.

Then, we headed for camping in style. We went with Grandma and Grandpa Rice in the nice motor-home. We even slept inside. This made it easier for me since Duncan is still so small.

Thanks again for everyone who was a part of our memory making summer camping trip. :)
